Hi, I’m Amy French. I’m a registered nurse with specialized training in perinatal health.  I am also teaching prenatal classes in Kamloops. I am passionate about helping women have a healthy pregnancy, positive birth experience and feel more prepared for the early weeks of life with a new baby. I believe that through prenatal education I can empower women and decrease anxiety about labor and birth.I will give you tools to move through this experience of pregnancy and birth with more confidence. Through my specialized training and experience in supporting breastfeeding and newborn care, I will also prepare parents for the transition they will experience after birth. I love to support women to make connections in their community and develop friendships that will last after the sessions end. Join me for prenatal classes!
